Shipping
All products are in stock and will ship once collected in our shipping facility. We use UPS ground shipping that takes between 2-5 days depending on your location. Please bear in mind, however, that it takes between 1 and 3 business days for the order to be collected before it is shipped. If you would like to expedite that process, please contact us directly (tyler@gogreenyogamats.com) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How much will my shipping charges be?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.99.
Returns
Please remember that it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package upon receiving the shipment. If you have received a damaged/defective product, please contact GoGreenYogaMats immediately. We will not be able to return/exchange any products damaged in shipping after 3 days of the package being received.
Go Green Yoga Mats accepts returns or exchanges up to 30 days
from the date of purchase. There is a $15.00 restocking fee for all
non-defective Go Green Yoga Mats merchandise that is returned out of
the original packaging.
If you would like to make a return/exchange, please contact us for a Return Authorization Form.
In order to process a return/exchange, we must receive ALL of the following:
- Returned merchandise in clean condition
- Proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt)
- Return Authorization Form

GoGreenYogaMats will not be responsible for any lost merchandise once it leaves the warehouse. It is up to the customer to track the package with the given tracking # of the package.
